Who we are

Stacker Storage Solutions designs and 3D prints storage and display products for precious metals collectors. We are an independent maker. We are not a bullion dealer and we do not sell precious metals.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph everything accurately. Because each item is 3D printed, expect minor variation between units: faint layer lines, slight color shifts between filament batches, and small dimensional tolerances. Our Marble finish is intentionally variable, so no two prints match exactly. These are characteristics of the process, not defects.

Product photos may show coins, bars, or slabs for scale. Precious metals are never included unless a listing explicitly says otherwise.

Fit is your responsibility

Many of our products are sized for specific items — 45mm capsules, 15mm coins, 1 oz bars, Valcambi CombiBar pieces. Listings state the intended fit. Please measure what you own before ordering. A product that doesn't fit an item it was never designed for is not a defect, though we'll always try to help you find the right piece.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unreasonable quantities. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only.

Custom and personalized orders

For personalized items you are responsible for the accuracy of the text you provide at checkout. We print what you confirm. We will contact you to verify spelling and capitalization before printing — please reply promptly, as we can't start until you do. Personalized items are final sale once printing begins.

We won't produce custom work that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, and we may decline any custom request at our discretion.

Trademarks

Third-party brand names used on this site — including Valcambi, CombiBar, Apple, and AirTag — are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe what our products are designed to fit. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

Limitation of liability

Our products are storage and display accessories. They are not safes, not security devices, and not insured containers. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to any items you store in or display on our products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
