Straight answers about how we print, what fits what, and what to expect.
How much is shipping?
Free on any US order of $40 or more. Under $40 it's a flat $6. Three items will usually get you there — and three items also earn you 5% off.
Do you give a discount for buying more than one?
Yes. Any 3 items save 5%. Any 5 items save 10%. Mix and match freely — different products, different colors, it all counts toward the total. It's applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. (Apple AirTags and the AirTag bundle are excluded, since those are bought in at cost.)
Do you sell silver or gold?
Both — but read the listing carefully, because most of what we make is storage only.
Products that include silver: the Silver Coin Fidget Clicker ships with a real .999 fine silver Golden State Mint round installed — 1/10 oz or 1/4 oz depending on which version you pick.
Everything else: storage and display pieces only. The coins and bars in those photos are ours, shown for scale, and are never included. Each of those listings says so plainly near the top.
We also sell a lot of silver live on Whatnot during our Friday and Saturday night shows — that's the place to buy metal from us directly.
What are these made of?
PLA — a rigid, durable, plant-based plastic that's the standard for high-quality 3D printing. It holds detail well, doesn't off-gas, and won't scratch your metals.
Will this scratch or damage my coins and bars?
No. PLA is softer than silver, gold, and the acrylic capsules most collectors use. That said, we always recommend handling bare metals as little as possible — fingerprints do more damage over time than any storage product.
Why can I see faint lines on the surface?
Those are layer lines, and every FDM 3D-printed object has them. The printer builds each piece one thin layer at a time. It's the texture of the process, not a flaw. We print at fine layer heights to keep them subtle.
What colors do you offer?
21 colors across the entire shop, so you can match every piece in your setup: Black, White, Gray, Silver, Gold, Copper, Bronze, Brown, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Teal, Blue, Navy, Purple, Pink, Marble, Natural, Glow Green, and Glow Blue.
What's the deal with the glow colors?
They're genuinely phosphorescent — the filament itself glows, it isn't a printed-on effect. Charge in daylight or under a lamp, then kill the lights. Glow filament costs more and is abrasive on printer nozzles, so glow variants run $3 more than the standard colors.
Will the color exactly match the photo?
Very close, but not guaranteed to the shade. Filament color varies slightly between manufacturing batches, and screens render color differently. Marble is intentionally variable — no two marble prints look the same. If exact color matching matters for your order, email us before you buy.
How hot is too hot?
PLA starts to soften around 140–150°F (60–65°C). In practice that means: don't leave it on a dashboard, in a parked car in summer, or in prolonged direct sunlight. Normal indoor temperatures, safes, and drawers are all completely fine.
How do I clean it?
Dry, soft cloth. If you need more, a barely damp cloth. Avoid solvents, alcohol, and acetone — they can haze or dissolve the surface.
How do I know something will fit my coins?
Every listing states what it's designed for — 45mm capsules, 15mm coins, 1 oz bars cased or bare, and so on. Measure what you actually own before ordering, especially capsule outside diameter, which varies by brand. Not sure? Email us with what you have and we'll tell you.
Cased or bare — what's the difference?
"Bare" means the raw coin or bar with no capsule. "Cased" means it's still in its protective plastic. These need different-sized holders, so we make both. Check the listing before ordering.
How long until my order ships?
3–5 business days to print and pack, then transit time on top. Custom pieces take a bit longer. See our shipping page for full details.
How do I order a personalized piece?
Pick your color, then type your custom text in the order notes box at checkout. We'll confirm the exact spelling and capitalization by email before we print, so nothing gets engraved wrong.
Do you do other custom work?
Yes. Email us with what you have in mind — include the dimensions of whatever it needs to hold.
Can I return it?
30 days on stock items, unused and in original condition. Personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or wrong. Full details on our returns page.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right now — US only. International postage on small parcels costs more than most of our products. If you're overseas and want something, email us; if enough people ask, we'll revisit it.
