Shipping policy

Every order is 3D printed after you place it. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting - which means there's a short production window before anything ships.

Production time

3-5 business days from order to shipment for most items. Custom and personalized pieces may take slightly longer, since we confirm your details with you before printing. If we're running behind, we'll email you rather than leave you guessing.

Production time is separate from transit time. Your total wait is production plus shipping.

Rates

Standard - $6 on orders under $50
Standard - FREE on orders of $50 or more
Express - $15

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International postage on small, low-value parcels costs more than most of our products, and we'd rather not ship at all than quote you $40 postage on a $6 stand. If you're outside the US and want something, email ryanlane0331@gmail.com - if there's enough interest we'll look at it again.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Wrong address?

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us immediately - if we haven't shipped yet, we can fix it. Once it's gone we can't reroute it, and packages returned to us for a bad address will need to be reshipped at your cost.
